Internship as Quantitative Campaign Manager (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

• Support in the supervision and evaluation of recruitment campaigns in the healthcare sector
• Analysis and evaluation of campaign data to increase efficiency
• Participation in the development of new strategies for addressing nursing staff
• Collaboration with the team to develop innovative solutions for recruiting challenges
• Creation of reports and presentations to communicate campaign results and insights
• Communication with partners via email and video calls

Qualifications

• Current or completed studies in Business Administration, Marketing, Statistics, or a related field.
• Strong analytical skills and a pronounced affinity for numbers and data analysis to effectively interpret complex datasets.
• Experience with Excel and other analysis tools for conducting advanced analyses and data interpretations.
• Independent work and the willingness to continuously learn new things and adapt to dynamic requirements.
