So looks your working day out

• Personnel acquisition: You'll learn all aspects of recruiting. From selecting the right recruitment channels and cooperation partners, to posting job ads and active sourcing – everything will be included.

• First interviews: You'll review detailed applications, conduct first interviews, take notes on candidate data, and answer applicants' questions about the job market.

• Borrower management: You're the point of contact for candidates – you coordinate and lead initial get-to-know-you conversations.

• Talent Acquisition: In the talent pool, you'll search for suitable professionals and plan their individual career opportunities. 🔍

• Your own projects: As a fixed part of the HR team, you'll take over your own projects and responsibility within a short time.
