This is what your working day will look like

• Persongewinnung: You'll learn all aspects of recruiting. From selecting the right recruitment channels and cooperation partners, to posting job ads and active sourcing, everything will be included.

• Erstinterviews: You'll review incoming applications, conduct first interviews, take notes on candidate data, and answer candidates' questions about the job market.

• Bewerbermanagement: You'll be the point of contact for candidates – coordinating and conducting your own initial get-to-know-you meetings.

• Talent Acquisition: In our talent pool, you'll search for suitable professionals and plan their individual career opportunities. 🔍

• Eigene Projekte: As a fixed part of the HR team, you'll take on your own projects and responsibilities within a short time.
