Internship as HR Manager (m/f/d)

Every business is a 'People's Business', which is why the HR Manager is needed everywhere. As an HR Manager, you conduct interviews, organize application procedures to recruit new employees, are the contact person for employees, and take care of further training within the company. Daily tasks include maintaining personnel files, writing employment references, and personnel planning.

Tasks

Your Task

• You will be responsible for the entire recruiting process, from personnel selection to assisting with contract creation and onboarding on the first day of work

• You will accompany our employees throughout their entire lifecycle, from hiring and induction through contract management, payroll, and further training

• In doing so, you will always be the first point of contact for employees and support them in all HR matters

• You will find the best candidates through various channels and excite them about our company

• You will plan our personnel strategy with the respective team leaders

• You will help our company continue to grow and remain scalable

Qualifications

Your Skills

• You are an enrolled student

• As a proactive personality with a hands-on mentality, you bring passion and enthusiasm for the HR field and Talent Acquisition

• You enjoy building things from scratch and implementing sustainable processes, structures, and tools

• Independent, self-responsible, and reliable way of working

• Very good German language skills in speaking and writing
