Praktikum - Affiliate Marketing (all genders)

Tasks

• Creator Management & Acquisition: You manage our existing affiliate partners and proactively identify new, suitable profiles to strategically expand our network.
• Campaign Management & Tracking: You support the technical setup of campaigns and ensure that performance data is correctly recorded (ideally bringing first-hand experience with affiliate networks).
• Relationship Management: You are the central interface for our creators, prepare newsletters and exclusive offers, and stand as a competent point of contact to advise them.
• Research & Outreach: You conduct independent market analyses, discover new trends in social media, and actively approach potential partners.
• Cross-functional Support: Besides the affiliate focus, you support the marketing team on interdisciplinary projects and gain insights into various marketing disciplines.

Requirements

• Social Media Affinity: You are a 'Digital Native', familiar with the latest Instagram trends, and have an instinct for which creators fit our brand.
• Communication Strength & Negotiation Skills: You enjoy networking, confidently take action, and know how to create win-win situations for us and our partners.
• Structured Work Habits & Technical Understanding: You work diligently and have a high affinity for tools and data (experience with platforms like Awin is a plus, but not a must).
• Hands-on Mentality: You do not wait for tasks to be assigned, but take proactive initiative and enrich the team with fresh ideas.
• Linguistic Skills: You communicate confidently in German (C1 level) and have good English skills.
• Location: You have your residence in Berlin or surrounding area for regular on-site collaboration.
