You are studying Technical Editing, Communications Science or undergoing a corresponding retraining and looking for the right practice partner for your internship or thesis?
The EXCO GmbH Frankenthal (Pfalz) offers you the opportunity to gain insights into the working methods of a leading technology service provider and at the same time develop your practical skills specifically.
In the context of your internship or thesis, you will create understandable and practice-oriented user documentation for various company applications. Your contribution helps our employees to use the systems more efficiently and securely in their daily work and thus directly contributes to optimizing our processes.
Tasks
- Creation of User Documentation for different applications and related apps, e.g. Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
- Development of Step-by-Step Guides, Quick Start Guides and Online Help
- Collaboration with departmental teams to gather information
- Structuring and visualizing complex processes for the user
Qualification
- Retraining or study in the field of Technical Editing, Communications Science, Information Design or comparable
- Self-directed, structured work combined with a strong team spirit
- Very good expression skills in German (at least C1 level)
- Familiarity with MS Office, particularly MS Word
- Interest in ERP systems and business processes
