Preventicus GmbH, you'll actively work on optimizing customer support with us. You'll learn about our processes around supporting our user community and develop solution proposals using technical tools to optimize it. We offer a practical environment where you'll take responsibility, receive professional guidance, and further develop your skills.

Tasks

Your tasks:

• Screening & Evaluation of Analysis and Reporting Tools within the Helpdesk Software
• Bundling Support Channels using suitable Software
• Creating Evaluations in the area of Customer Support / Market Surveillance
• Analyzing further Tools for optimizing Customer Support

Qualification

Your Profile:

• You are a student of the Faculty of Business Informatics, Business Administration, Sociology, Psychology or comparable study programs
• You
  seek a compulsory internship or a practical thesis for your studies; but also voluntary internships from your own initiative are possible
• You bring a very good process understanding and
  are able to compare different systems and procedures structuredly as well as analyze data
• Very good German and English skills in writing and speaking
• High technical affinity
• Structured, meticulous, and reliable working style
• Customer-oriented thinking & communication strength
• Motivation, self-reliance, and team ability
