Praktikum / Abschlussarbeit: Development of a Chatbot-KI for Corporate Processes

You are looking for the right practice partner for your Master- or Bachelor's thesis in the field of Computer Science?

At EXCO at the Frankenthal location, you have the opportunity to work on a practical and industry-oriented topic as part of your final thesis or internship.

During your time at EXCO, you will develop an AI solution that is able to answer questions about internal documents such as process descriptions, work instructions, and the quality management handbook, as well as relevant regulatory requirements. The goal is to design our knowledge database more efficiently and intuitively.

This topic can also be worked on as part of an internship. Just get in touch with us – we will find a suitable format for your entry together.

Tasks

• Analyzing and structuring internal documents
• Development of an AI model for answering questions (NLP, Machine Learning)
• Conceptualization and implementation of an Intranet integration (e.g. Chatbot)
• Testing and optimization of the solution

Qualifications

• Ongoing studies in Computer Science, Data Science or a comparable field with above-average academic performance
• Basic knowledge of AI, Machine Learning and/or Natural Language Processing
• Interest in practical application of AI in the corporate environment
• Self-motivated, structured work style, teamwork skills, and communication strength
