We improve healthcare together - Your tasks

• Care and maintenance of new and existing customers
• Identify individual customer needs and develop suitable solutions
• Implement our product portfolio, including assistance with training and introduction courses – online or on-site
• Independent configuration of the samedi software in user accounts
• Planning, steering, and implementation of (part-) projects for implementing or optimizing our solutions
• Assistance in preparing and following up meetings, appointments, and events

You excite us - Your profile

• Bachelor's or Master's student (m/w/d) with an economic, medical, or health science background
• Want to complete a compulsory internship that is tied to your studies or are looking for a work-study position
• Organizational talent with structured, reliable, and proactive working habits
• Very good German and good English skills
• At least 6 months of time – preferably longer as an intern/bachelor/master student
