Our mission: We are bringing the heating transition into the future and building a system for local craft businesses that combines quality and efficiency. This is not easy, and many have failed here before – in quality, in culture, in processes. But if we master this challenge, we will shape the future of an entire industry.
Specifically, this means: We are developing the operating system for our heat pump locations nationwide – from processes, to customer acquisition and craftsman hiring, to our own software.

Contract Management

• Support in the creation and filing of employment contracts
• Assistance in document management
  
  

Recruiting Support – Headquarter (Munich)

• Support in the active sourcing of suitable candidates
• Involvement in screening, interview coordination, and applicant communication
• Insights into maintaining Personio
  
  

Payroll & Payroll Accounting

• Support in the preparation of monthly payroll accounting
• Insights into collaboration with the tax office
• Assistance in maintaining data relevant for payroll processing
  
  

Onboarding & Offboarding

• Involvement in the further development of onboarding processes
• Support in offboardings
  
  

HR Systems & Processes

• Support in the selection and implementation of new HR tools
• Assistance in process documentation
  
  

Employer Branding & Events

• Support in social recruiting and maintaining the career page
• Involvement in the planning of team events
• Preparation and follow-up of workshops
  
  

Occupational Safety

• Insights into collaboration with the specialist for occupational safety

• Studies with a focus on HR, Business, or similar (at least 4th semester or between Bachelor and Master)
• Initial relevant experience in the HR field, e.g., through internships or working student positions
• Experience in a startup or scale-up environment is an advantage
• Initial exposure to Personio or comparable HR systems is an advantage
• Structured, reliable way of working with attention to detail
• Strong communication skills when dealing with applicants, colleagues, and external partners (e.g., tax office)
• Hands-on mentality and the desire to actively contribute ideas and help shape things
• Very good German language skills, both spoken and written

• Choice of Work Location: Our old building office in the Glockenbachviertel is your primary place of work – most of the action happens here. Home office is flexibly possible, but we appreciate it if you are present regularly. Residence in Munich or surrounding areas is a prerequisite for this.
