Praktikant/Werkstudent for Buy and Build IT-Platform [from April]

In Your role, You will work on the deal pipeline for potential new group members and extensively engage with the IT-service sector.

Tasks

• Support in identifying potential acquisition targets through market analyses, industry trends, and competitive landscape
• Participation in due diligence processes to evaluate companies
• Contribution to creating presentations and reports for stakeholders
• Support of the team in administrative tasks and project management

Qualification

• Student (m/w/d) in the field of business administration, finance, economics, or a related study program
• First experiences in finance, consulting, business development, or M&A
• Experience in the IT-service sector is a plus
• High motivation, self-responsibility, and teamwork skills
• Very good German and English language skills in writing and speaking
• Familiarity with MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Ideal location in Munich or Frankfurt, or fully remote is also possible
• Availability of three to six months
