Intern/Working Student "Research & Innovation – Data-Driven Development of Autonomous Systems" (m/f/d)

• Support of the Research & Innovation Manager in daily project and innovation work
• Research, evaluation, and participation in research projects and funding topics
• Content-related processing of innovation topics (e.g., in relation to a data-driven development pipeline for fully autonomous vehicles)
• Contribution to the development of methods for the development of fully autonomous systems using full vehicle simulation
• Participation in the Formula Student context as well as development of development environments, e.g., for the Driverless Challenge

• Enrolled student in the field of engineering, (technical) computer science, automotive engineering, data science, or a comparable field of study
• Interest in vehicle simulation, autonomous driving, and data-driven development
• Initial knowledge in simulation and/or programming (e.g., Python, MATLAB) is an advantage
• Formula Student experience – ideally in the Driverless area – is helpful
• Enjoyment in solving complex, interdisciplinary questions
• High motivation, analytical thinking, as well as a structured and self-reliant way of working

• Exciting participation in current research and innovation projects related to the simulation-based development of fully autonomous vehicles
• Insight into state-of-the-art simulation solutions and data-driven development methods in the automotive environment
• Active co-design in the Formula Student environment – especially in the Driverless area
• A dynamic, interdisciplinary, and international working environment with great scope for design
