Praktikant/Werkstudent Claim management (m/w/d)

Overview of the Role

• You will support our team on strategic projects in the field of business and customer growth.
• You will analyze and adjust data such as schedules, booking data, etc.
• You will work closely with regional railway companies and their associations, including network definition, scheduling, and data synchronization.
• You will conduct ad-hoc analyses and report on the results.

About You

• You are a registered student in the fields of Geography, Transportation, Urban Planning, or a comparable program.
• Prior experience in the transportation industry and/or business development is advantageous.
• You possess excellent analytical skills and work very precisely and detail-oriented.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• You are confident in handling common Microsoft programs and are willing to learn new software/IT tools; experience in programming/automation is beneficial.
• You speak fluent German and English.
• You will be available for at least 6 months starting from July 2024.
