For our Customer-Success team, we're looking for an engaged intern with interest in psychology, HR, coaching, and organizational development.

Aufgaben

From day one, you'll actively work on ongoing customer projects and coaching programs. The focus lies on accompanying development processes, quality assurance, and collaboration with our customers.

Your tasks will include:

Collaboration on ongoing coaching programs (organization, communication, evaluation)

• Direct contact with customers, coachees, and coaches
• Support in conceiving, conducting, and evaluating surveys (e.g., feedback, impact analyses)
• Creation of presentations, reports, and decision-making grounds in HR and PE context
• SUPPORT IN PREPARING CUSTOMER MEETINGS, PITCHES, AND REVIEWS
• Collaboration on organizing and implementing customer and Sparrks events
• CLOSE COLLABORATION WITH THE FOUNDER AND INSIGHTS INTO CUSTOMER-CENTERED PRODUCT AND PROCESS DEVELOPMENT

Qualifikation

You bring mainly curiosity, empathy, and structure. Everything else you'll learn with us.

Ideal candidate:

Study of (business-) psychology, psychology, HR management, or a comparable field

• Strong interest in personnel development, coaching, leadership, and organizations
• Very good communication skills and a confident, empathetic demeanor
• Structured, self-responsible work style and joy in accompanying multiple topics simultaneously
• Team spirit and enthusiasm for further developing yourself professionally and personally
• German on native speaker level, very good English skills
