Intern (m/f/d) - for Integration and German Language Teaching

Your Tasks

In the "Global Growth" project, we are integrating electricians from South America who install photovoltaic systems and heat pumps throughout Germany. For this purpose, Colombian and Brazilian skilled workers receive a 6-week technical and linguistic training at our Enpal Academy in Blankenfelde-Mahlow (Ludwig-Erhard-Ring 12, 15827) – and this is exactly where we need your help!

For July 2026 or August 2026, we are looking for a full-time intern for 6 months to support the following tasks:

• Conducting German language courses (DaF) at levels A2/B1

• Further development of didactic teaching materials, especially in the area of technical language for electrical engineering

• Selection and use of suitable learning methods and tools

• Support for South American skilled workers on-site at the Enpal Academy

• Participation in the setup and coordination of additional online language courses

• Conducting qualitative evaluation processes to assess training effectiveness

• Support with administrative processes

Your Profile

• Teaching experience in German as a Foreign Language and/or a degree in Linguistics

• Language skills in Spanish, at least at B2 level

• Experience with South American cultural areas desirable

• High motivation and team spirit, enjoyment of working with people

• Strong communication skills and confident demeanor

• Solution-oriented, resilient, and independent

• Very good organizational talent
