Aufgaben

You'll take on responsibility for your own work packages from day one and actively support the Customer Success Team. Your tasks will include:

Operative support in the daily business of the Customer Success Team with direct customer contact

• Participation in ongoing customer projects and coaching programs
• Creation of presentations, analyses, and decision-making bases
• Support in preparing and implementing pitches and reports
• Conceptualization and evaluation of surveys and reports
• Taking over administrative tasks to ensure smooth processes
• Occasional collaboration with the founders, both former Senior Managers at Bain and former Unicon Founder (Sennder), in selected projects
• Gaining insights into the development of our product and our customer-centric approach

Qualifikation

• You excel at making customers enthusiastic and exceeding their expectations
• You possess excellent communication skills and a high level of empathy
• You have already gained experience working with customers and are happy to take on responsibility
• You can organize yourself well and easily handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• As a true team player, you want to continuously develop yourself
• You speak German at native level and have very good English skills
