SMARTVÉLO is a fast-growing company for sustainable e-mobility solutions. We develop e-cargo bikes that are revolutionizing urban life and operate the service for our fleets through over 50 hubs in Germany and the Netherlands. To maintain service quality at this pace, the operational processes behind it need a steady hand – this is exactly where you come in.

You will work directly with our Head of Operations, gain real insight into the operational heart of a scaling mobility company, and take on responsibility from day one. It doesn't matter if you're in the middle of your studies, want to write your thesis, or simply want to try something new: If you think in a structured way and have a passion for operations, you're a good fit for us.

This is how you can join us:

• Internship: Full-time, 3–6 months – also as a mandatory internship
• Working Student: 15–20 h/week
• Flexible start, available immediately

Tasks

• Maintenance of our fleet system: Vehicle uploads and transfers between hubs
• Coordination of trips and deployments in agreement with the team
• Maintenance and further development of our Excel reports as well as support for operational short-term projects
• Analysis of service tickets and data preparation
• Fleet management of vehicles and batteries rented in the field
• Participation in internal vehicle fleet management
• Internal quality management of our tickets
• Support with complaint processes and their management
• Preparatory KPI analyses for reporting and decisions
• Participation in process optimization for a scaling operational business

Qualifications

• You are studying – e.g., Industrial Engineering, Logistics / Supply Chain, Business Administration, Business Informatics / Data Science, Mobility or Transport Management – or have comparable interest. A specific degree or study status is not a prerequisite
• You are proficient with Excel and work in a structured, careful, and independent manner
• You think analytically, maintain an overview, and enjoy getting involved
• German very good, English proficient
• You have a passion for operations and for making processes truly better
