You love sports and social media is your playground?

We're building a marketing agency that's fully committed to basketball – and that's where you come in. As a Social Media Intern, you're not just along for the ride: You're building a community from the ground up that lives and breathes sports.

This isn't an internship where you just fetch coffee. You'll get real responsibility, work creatively with us, and see the impact of your work firsthand.

Location: Remote | Start: Immediately | Duration: 3–6 months | Compensation: Unpaid
Type: Mandatory internship or voluntary internship (up to 3 months)

Tasks

• Strategy develop: You conceptualize a social media strategy for Instagram, TikTok & Co. – from target audience analysis to content planning
• Content create: You produce Reels, TikToks, Stories, and Posts that resonate with the basketball community
• Community build: You interact with fans, players, and teams and build an engaged following
• Trends recognize: You're in tune with the basketball and social media worlds and bring fresh ideas to the table
• Performance evaluate: You track KPIs, analyze what works, and optimize continuously

Qualification

• You're a pro at content creation (Reels, short videos, graphics) – even in your free time
• Excellent intuition for social media trends, especially on TikTok and Instagram
• Creativity, self-initiative, and enthusiasm for building things from scratch
• Basic knowledge of tools like Canva, CapCut, or similar programs
• A genuine passion for sports (ideally basketball) – as a fan, player, or both
• Enrolled at a university (for mandatory internship) or available for up to 3 months (voluntary internship)
• Fluent German, good English is a plus
