Tasks

• Maintenance of Social Media Channels: Planning, creation, and publication of content, community management, and monitoring
• Content Creation: Development of creative contents (Posts, Stories, Videos) matching the brand and campaign strategy
• Social Media Analysis: Evaluation of performance and derivation of optimization recommendations
• Support for Seeding Campaigns
• Conducting research and reporting
• Support in daily business as well as exciting projects and events

Qualification

• Current or completed studies in the field of Marketing, Communication, or a similar study program
• Passion for Social Media, Content Creation, and digital trends
• Creativity and a good sense for Social-Media formats
• Experience or interest in Community Management
• Analytical understanding of Social Media key figures
• Good organizational and communication skills
• Team spirit and motivation
• A high energy level and joy in working on different tasks
• Excellent communication in writing and speaking (preferably in German and English)
