Intern Social Media (m/f/d)

You love social media, have a knack for trends, and want to learn how to develop and implement professional social media strategies? Then you're exactly right here! At our company, you'll get the chance to actively participate in customer support, create editorial plans, accompany content productions, and gain insights into data-based analyses and strategic concepts. Whether it's community management, content creation, performance analysis, or briefing design teams – you'll be right in the middle of it from the start, learning hands-on how successful brand communication works on social media.

• Support in consulting and customer support
• Support in the development of social media concepts and strategic approaches
• Support in editorial planning as well as briefing design and production teams
• Support in community management (reactive & proactive)
• Support in the planning and execution of content productions
• Support in creating reports and deriving recommendations for action

• Mandatory internship as part of a degree program – ideally in the fields of marketing, communication, media studies, digital business, journalism, or comparable degree programs
• Initial experience in creating and planning social media content (e.g., on Instagram, TikTok, or LinkedIn)
• Interest in digital trends, content creation, and editorial planning
• Basic knowledge of social media KPIs and performance analyses
• Ideally, initial exposure to planning tools such as Meta Business Suite or Hootsuite
• Openness to collaboration with internal teams and external partners
• Very good German skills (min. C1) as well as good English skills, both written and spoken
• Basic knowledge of image and video editing (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Adobe) as well as interest in Paid Social (e.g., Meta Ads, TikTok Ads)
