• Marketing & Customer Feedback (Happy Calls): Your central task will be so-called "Happy Calls" to our existing customers with already installed systems. You will actively contact customers by phone, systematically collect satisfaction data, and gather structured feedback. The insights gained will flow directly into the optimization of our after-sales processes and into new marketing campaigns.
• Events & Community Marketing: You will plan and accompany small local customer events and engage in personal exchange with our target group there. You will contribute your own creative ideas for the further development of our customer approach, referral programs, and campaigns.
• Sales Support & Process Optimization: You will support our Sales and Marketing team at the customer interface, analyze feedback data, and help roll out new best practices for sales throughout Germany.
• Collaboration: You will work cross-location with over 50 sites across Germany and gain comprehensive insights into a dynamically growing CleanTech Unicorn.

• Studies: You are an enrolled student in Business Administration (BWL), Marketing, Sales, Industrial Engineering, Communication Sciences, and are looking for a mandatory or voluntary internship (3 to 6 months) starting immediately.
• Language Skills: Fluent German at native speaker level is absolutely essential for daily communication with our customers.
• Strengths: You are very communicative, persuasive, and have no fear of phone calls, data, and analyses.
• Initiative: You enjoy getting involved, taking responsibility, working independently, and actively contributing to driving the energy transition.
