The DGX GmbH is a growing ESG startup with a focus on energetic renovation, grant consulting, and ESG acquisition checks for real estate. We help investors, project developers, and property owners optimize buildings economically and sustainably – from grant strategy to energy certificates to ESG evaluation before purchase.

As a small, agile team, we work practically and with high quality standards. Remote-first is our standard: This gives you maximum flexibility, a lot of self-responsibility, and genuine insights into the build-up of a young company at the interface between real estate, sustainability, and financing.

Tasks

As an intern with us, you will take on a central role in various areas of our company and have the opportunity to work directly with our customers and partners. Your main tasks include:

• Customer Service & Sales: Contact person for new customers by phone/email. You will primarily call new customers who have come into contact with us through a platform, explain our products, and ensure that they are well advised.
• Application Management: Support in filling out and submitting applications as well as creating electronic evidence.
• Project Management: Monitoring of tasks such as document preparation and plan retrieval.
• Special Projects: Research tasks and own projects

Qualification

• 🔸 Communication strength and joy in dealing with customers
• 🔸 Willingness to take responsibility
• 🔸 Perfect German language skills (written and spoken)
