Aufgaben

As a growing start-up, we work dynamically and flexibly. Depending on the time and focus of your internship, you can contribute to various areas. The following show you where you can get involved:

• Produktentwicklung: You will work on the further development of our KI-based role-playing scenarios: You test and translate existing scenarios, adapt them to new contexts, and work on developing new scenarios. Additionally, you will create scripts for our learning videos.
• Marketing & Events: You will support in creating content for our website, presentations, and LinkedIn – and design texts and contributions that convey our product and mission in a comprehensible way. Furthermore, you will help with planning and coordinating our events and trade fair appearances.
• Personalauswahl & Diagnostik: You will support our recruiting (e.g., reviewing applications) and take over diagnostic parts of our selection processes.

Qualifikation

• Studium: You are studying psychology or business administration at a university, with a focus on labor and organizational psychology, personnel management, or human resources – ideally having completed the 4th semester of your bachelor's degree. You must complete an internship as part of your studies.
• Erste Praxiserfahrung: You have gained first-hand experience in the economy through internships or work-study programs – preferably in personnel development, consulting, or a start-up.
• Sprachen & Texten: You speak fluent German and English, express yourself well in writing, and enjoy working with texts. Bilingualism or additional language skills are a plus.
• Themennähe: You are interested in KI and prompt engineering. Just as you are enthusiastic about the topics of leadership development and HR.
• Startup-Mindset: You have a desire to work in a dynamic start-up environment with flexibility, tempo, and design freedom. Unprocessed processes do not stress you out but motivate you to be creative and solution-oriented.
