At 1KOMMA5°, we are building Europe's leading energy software platform "Heartbeat", thereby creating a virtual power plant that links customers' photovoltaic systems, electricity storage, heat pumps, and charging stations, significantly increasing the profitability of networked customer systems. We also offer customers a "One-Stop-Shop" for purchasing and installing individual and intelligent energy system solutions, so that every household can live, heat, and be mobile climate-neutrally quickly and professionally. At the same time, in our technology division, we are working on the further development and expansion of the Heartbeat software to connect customers to the electricity market worldwide and thus always be able to offer the cheapest and cleanest electricity tariff.

• Motivation & Mindset: You bring a strong can-do mentality, enjoy working operationally, and flexibly support the team where you are needed – without losing sight of your quality standards.

• Studies & Interest: You are currently pursuing a degree (e.g., Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, Project Management, or similar), are enthusiastic about the cleantech industry, or want to reorient yourself professionally.

• Organizational Talent: A structured, self-reliant, and precise way of working characterizes you. You always keep an overview, even with parallel tasks.

• Availability: You are available for at least 3, ideally 6 months (preferably as part of a mandatory internship).

• Hands-on Support: You actively participate in the operational day-to-day business of project coordination and ensure reliable planning processes.

• Capacity & Schedule Management: You coordinate construction site appointments with our locations, keep an overview of calendars, and optimally align workflows with local conditions.

• Partner Coordination: As a central interface between our team, the locations, and external heat pump partners, you accompany construction site discussions and are available as a point of contact.

• System & Data Maintenance: You precisely maintain project data and schedule statuses in our internal systems and ensure high data quality.
