INTERN POST MERGER INTEGRATION & STRATEGY EXECUTION
Full-time, from now on, at least 6 months, for our Munich office

• You will supportcross-departmental Post MergerIntegrationand transformation projects
• You will independently take onoperational work packages – from coordination with internal functions to the implementation of concrete integration measures
• Part of your duties will be the planning, coordination, and follow-up of project measures, workshops, and management meetings
• You will be responsible for the further development of methods, templates, and playbooks for M&A and PMI
• Youroperationalarea of responsibility includes, among other things, the creation ofmanagement presentations, decision proposals, and communication documents
• You will conduct market, company, and competitor analyses as well as data preparation and independently developKPI dashboards, reports, and managementanalyses
• You will drive the identification and implementation of AI use cases for the automation of research, analysis, and project management processes forward and support strategic special projects of the H&Z Group

• You have acompleted Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, or a comparable degree program
• You have initial practical experience in consulting, corporate development, M&A, venture capital, start-up, or project management
• You combine your structured and solution-oriented approach with your very goodanalyticalskills and your highdegree of pragmatism
• Your enjoyment of taking responsibility and driving things forward independently sets you apart, and you enjoy switching between strategy, analysis, and operational implementation
• You have a high affinity for AI, automation, and digital tools (such as n8n or PowerAutomate)
• You are comfortable working with PowerPoint and Excel
• Very good German and English language skills round off your profile
