Founders Associate for Impact Accelerator (m/w/d)

The Founders Bay Impact Accelerator is an intensive, six-month full-time program for startup teams that takes place twice a year. As pioneers in promoting rural innovation, we get involved early on - ideal for teams that already have a concept or prototype.

Our unique approach combines the benefits of the rural area with impact know-how and top-notch startup support: individual support, targeted workshops, impact learnings, and weekly meetings as well as collaborative work in our nationwide distributed Founders Homes.

We are looking for an immediate hire for a Founders Associate (m/w/d) for our accelerator program.

Tasks

As a practicum student (w/m/d), you will work directly with our founders. You will elevate processes to the next level, develop strategies for our accelerator program, and support implementation. You will also actively help build the innovation ecosystem and take on a central role in it.

• You are the right-hand person and sparring partner of the founder team regarding strategic and operational topics - particularly in the areas of sales, marketing, and operations
• Optimization of existing processes or implementation of new processes to increase team efficiency
• Finding suitable startups and mentors for our accelerator program
• Support in daily business as well as ensuring performance
• Sparring partner for our current and portfolio startups
• Creation of presentations

Qualification

• You are studying at a renowned university and have already gained first experiences in fast-growing startups or other high-performance environments like strategy consultancies, investment banks, or venture capital firms
• You have a strong affinity to impact trends, innovations, and technologies
• You work independently and are highly result-oriented
• You are energetic and do not seek a position for managing, but rather want to shape yourself!
• You are proficient in the daily application of Pitch, Slack, Google Suite, etc.
