You will work directly in B2B sales of a specialized recruitment agency. Our focus are leadership positions in the care sector, for example, ward manager or care service manager.

You will get early responsibility and learn how to approach decision-makers, prepare conversations, and win new customers.

Tasks

• You research care facilities with open leadership positions
• Identify decision-makers
• Establish first contact by phone, LinkedIn or email
• Prioritize qualified conversation appointments

• Interest in sales or entrepreneurship
• No fear of direct communication
• Clear and friendly way to speak
• Structured work approach
