In the Operations Team, you will work directly with the management team and be close to actively managing our investments — including Grundconsult Immobilien GmbH, one of Germany's most established real estate management companies with over 30 years of experience and 1.5 billion euros managed assets.

The result: genuine insight, genuine involvement, and a learning curve that goes far beyond classical roles — at the interface between real estate, investment, and entrepreneurial practice.

Aufgaben

• Creation of evaluations and reports in Excel — object data, portfolio analyses, benchmarks
• Dokumentation and optimization of existing administrative processes
• Support for the management team in research, presentations, and decision-making documents
• Participation in candidate management: screening and preparation of applications
• Data preparation and submission for company investments
• Familiarization with and application of modern AI tools for process improvement
• Operative implementation of standard processes in real estate management

Qualifikation

Must-Have:

• Enrolled student or shortly before graduation — BWL, International Business, Real Estate Management, Finance, etc.
• Possible and welcome internship
• Maker mindset: You take responsibility and drive things forward
• Fast comprehension and independent working style
• Good Excel skills
• Fluent German

Nice-to-Have:

• Connection to the real estate industry
• Experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.)
• Knowledge of ix-Haus (real estate management software)
• Good English
