Praktikantin (m/w/d) Social Media, Video Editing & Content Strategie

ZeeG is the leading European platform that combines AI-phone assistant and scheduling software in one tool — GDPR-compliant and made in Germany.

Our customers let AI answer calls and book appointments automatically, instead of juggling three different tools. We're currently building our social media presence on YouTube Shorts and Instagram Reels from scratch — and we're looking for someone to drive it operationally and creatively.

Aufgaben

• Video-Editing is your main skill: You edit our short videos in CapCut (or similar tools) – cut, subtitles, sound, hook within the first 3 seconds.
• You stand in front of the camera: Explainer videos, product demos, behind-the-scenes — you're not only an editor but also a face on camera (along with other people in the company)
• You develop content ideas for our two theme worlds (AI-phone assistant & scheduling) and break them down into multiple small videos, instead of playing one topic only once.
• You shoot and edit B-roll that we can reuse modularly in several videos.
• You think with us on the content strategy: theme planning, posting rhythm, what works on Instagram vs. YouTube.
• You manage our social media accounts in daily business: posting, community responses, performance monitoring.

Qualifikation

• Mother tongue German, confident and relaxed in front of the camera.
• Very secure handling with CapCut or a comparable editing program (Premiere, Final Cut) — this is the most important prerequisite.
• Sense for short-form content: You know what works on Reels/Shorts and what doesn't.
• First experience with social media management (private or for a brand/university project suffices).
• Structured, independent working style — you bring your own ideas instead of just following briefings.
• Ideal interest in SaaS, AI, or B2B software.
