As an agile, green startup and specialist for energy management and visualization software, we actively participate in shaping a sustainable, climate-neutral future. Our mission is to make energy consumption management so simple with intuitive, AI-driven software that it becomes second nature for absolutely everyone – whether companies or private households – and to effectively enable energy providers and corporate customers to reduce both energy consumption and their CO2 footprint. Since 2025, together with Solandeo and Mako365, we have been part of Hausheld AG and form the first full-service platform for smart metering in Germany.

Tasks

• 🧮 Project Controlling: You will participate in project controlling and thus contribute to the timely and financially planned execution of projects
• 📑 Project Management: As a full team member, you will work on project planning, execution, and follow-up for renowned companies from the energy sector, telecommunications, and IT industries
• 🗣 Stakeholder Management: You will work closely with product and project management, sales, and development, thus gaining comprehensive insight into the processes of a software startup
• 👓 Innovation Management: You will independently contribute your own ideas to various project processes

Qualifications

• You are a registered student and are at least in your 3rd semester of studying business administration, business informatics, media informatics, or a comparable degree program
• Ideally, you have initial experience in project management, IT, administration, or controlling
• You enjoy evaluations, creating statistics or project plans, and have basic technical understanding
• Initial knowledge of software applications such as JIRA and Confluence is desirable
• You are characterized by analytical thinking, independent action, and structured work
• You have good German and English skills as well as good MS Office skills, especially Excel
