As an agile, green startup and specialist for energy management and visualization software, we actively participate in shaping a sustainable, climate-neutral future. So it is our mission with intuitive, AI-driven software to make energy management so simple that it becomes a self-evident fact for everyone – whether companies or private households – and reduce energy consumption and CO2 footprint for energy suppliers and corporate customers. So we are making the digitalization of the energy sector a real chance with our current 35 talented colleagues.

Since 2025, we have been part of the Hausheld Group: Together with Hausheld AG, Solandeo GmbH, Mako365 GmbH, we form the first full-service platform for smart metering in Germany.

Tasks

• 📈 Business Development: You support business development by identifying current trends and evaluating them with regard to potential new business models and future strategic orientation
• 👓 Innovations Manager:in: You work directly with our CEO on the strategic further development of our company and software products
• 🧮 Analyst:in: You develop use cases independently, evaluate them, and investigate their impact on existing business models
• 💻 Market Understanding:in: You conduct independent analyses of market and competitive developments in the energy sector and present your findings directly to our CEO
• 🗣 Stakeholder Management: You are the interface between product management, finance, and sales
• 🧲 Investor Magnet:in: You conduct correspondence with investors, maintain documents, and control the financing round process. You qualify and analyze investors and markets as preparation for investor meetings

Qualification

• You are enrolled in a degree program in energy economics, business administration, or communication sciences or a comparable field
• Ideal candidates have already gained first practical experiences in the field of strategy or business development during internships (e.g. at a consulting firm or strategic department of a corporation or startup)
• In addition to an analytical thinking style, you are characterized by a systematic and goal-oriented working style
• You are not afraid to contact external parties or investors by phone
• You are an organizational talent and bring a great portion of proactivity, self-initiative, and enthusiasm with you and manage to quickly implement acquired knowledge in practice
• You have very good German and English language skills and master the common MS-Office applications
