As an agile, green startup and specialist for energy management and visualization software, we actively participate in shaping a sustainable, climate-neutral future. So it is our mission to make energy consumption management as simple as possible with intuitive, AI-driven software that can be used by anyone - whether companies or private households - and reduce energy consumption and CO2 footprint for energy suppliers and corporate customers. So we are making the digitalization of the energy industry a real chance with our current 35 talented colleagues.

Tasks

• 📈 Business Development: You support business development by identifying current trends and evaluating them in terms of potential new business models and future strategic orientation
• 👓 Innovationsmanager:in: You work directly with our CEO on the strategic further development of our company and software products
• 🧮 Analytiker:in: You independently develop use cases, evaluate them, and investigate their impact on existing business models
• 💻 Market Versteher:in: You conduct independent analyses of market and competition developments in the energy industry and present your results directly to our CEO
• 🗣 Stakeholdermanagement: You are the interface between product management, finance, and sales
• 🧲 Investor Magnet: You conduct correspondence with investors, maintain documents, and control the financing round process. You qualify and analyze investors and markets as preparation for investor meetings

Qualification

• You are enrolled in a degree program in energy economics, business or communication sciences or a comparable field
• Ideal candidate has already gained first practical experience in strategy or business development during internships (e.g. at a consulting firm or strategic department of a corporation or startup)
• In addition to an analytical mindset, you have a systematic and goal-oriented working style
• You are not afraid to contact external parties or investors by phone
• You are an organizational talent and bring a great deal of proactivity, self-initiative, and enthusiasm with you and manage to quickly put acquired knowledge into practice
• You have very good German and English language skills and master the common MS-Office applications
