As an agile, green startup and specialist for energy management and visualization software, we actively participate in shaping a sustainable, climate-neutral future. Our mission is to make energy consumption management as simple as possible with intuitive, AI-driven software, so that it becomes a matter of course for everyone – whether a company or a private household – and energy suppliers and corporate customers can effectively reduce both energy consumption and their CO2 footprint. Since 2025, we have been part of the Hausheld group: Together with Hausheld AG, Solandeo GmbH, Mako365 GmbH, we form the first full-service platform for smart metering in Germany.

Tasks

• 📈 Business Development: You will support the Business Development department by identifying current trends and evaluating them with regard to the potential development of new business models and future strategic orientation.
• 👓 Innovation Manager: You will work directly with our CEO on the strategic further development of our company and our software products.
• 🧮 Analyst: To this end, you will independently develop use cases, evaluate them, and investigate, for example, their impact on the existing business model.
• 💻 Market Expert: You will independently conduct analyses of market and competitive developments in the energy industry and present your findings directly to the CEO.
• 🗣 Stakeholder Management: You will act as the interface between Product Management, Finance, and Sales.
• 🧲 Investor Magnet: You will conduct correspondence with investors, maintain documents, and control the financing round process. In doing so, you will qualify and analyze investors and markets in preparation for investor meetings.

Qualifications

• You are an enrolled student currently pursuing a degree in Energy Economics, Business Administration, Communication Sciences, or a comparable field.
• Ideally, you have already gained initial practical experience in strategy or business development through internships (e.g., at a management consultancy or in a strategic department of a corporation or startup).
• In addition to an analytical mindset, you are characterized by a systematic and goal-oriented way of working.
• You are not afraid to contact external parties or investors by phone.
• You are a talent for organization and bring a large dose of proactivity, initiative, and ambition, and you are able to quickly translate acquired knowledge into practice.
• You have very good German and English language skills and are proficient in common MS Office applications.
