As an agile, green startup and specialist for energy management and visualization software, we actively shape the future of a sustainable, climate-neutral world. So it's our mission to make energy consumption management as simple as possible with intuitive, AI-driven software that makes it accessible to everyone – whether companies or private households – and enables energy suppliers and corporate customers to reduce energy consumption and CO2 footprint effectively. Since 2025, we've been part of the Hausheld Group: Together with Hausheld AG, Solandeo GmbH, Mako365 GmbH, we form the first full-service platform for smart metering in Germany.

Tasks

• 📞 Bewerbermanagement: You are the point of contact for job applicants from application receipt to contract signing
• 🗣 Interviewer:in: You take over the selection and initial communication in the form of interviews with suitable job applicants
• 🎨 Ideengeber:in: You research materials and tools, support the creation and implementation of training and workshops
• 📑 Organisator:in: As part of the HR team, you are the point of contact for our employees (including team-building measures; on- & offboarding; contract & certificate preparation etc.)
• 🥇 Employer Branding: In the context of university marketing, you identify suitable measures to win over future employees today
• 🚀 Personalentwicklung: Together with your team, you develop and reorient personal and leadership development
• ✍ Dein eigenes Ding: You receive the opportunity to take on a project in the areas of recruiting, employer branding or learning & development

Qualification

• You are enrolled student:in and find yourself in a study program in economics, psychology or a comparable field with relevance to HR
• You are a communication-strong personality and distinguish yourself by a proactive, independent and meticulous working style
• In addition, you excel at organizational skills and keep the overview even when dealing with complex, time-critical tasks
• You possess very good German and good English language skills and master the common MS-Office applications
• Ideal would be if you already have some practical experience in HR or learning & development
