As an agile, green startup and specialist in energy management and visualization software, we actively participate in shaping a sustainable, climate-neutral future. So it's our mission to make energy consumption management as simple as possible using intuitive, AI-driven software that makes it accessible for everyone – whether companies or private households – and enables energy suppliers and customers to reduce energy consumption and CO2 footprint effectively. Since 2025, we've been part of the Hausheld Group: Together with Hausheld AG, Solandeo GmbH, Mako365 GmbH, we form the first full-service platform for smart metering in Germany.

Aufgaben

• Forderungs- & Fristenmanagement: You'll be responsible for managing outstanding payments and deadlines and navigating with your team lead through efficient financial processes.
• Rechnungswesen: You'll be the organizational expert in accounts payable, keeping an eye on the accounts payable ledger and processing vendor invoices independently using DATEV.
• Monatliches Reporting: Your attention to detail will come into play when preparing the monthly business performance report (BWA). Additionally, you'll support the quarterly preparation of shareholder meetings.
• Monatlicher Zahllauf: You'll give the monthly payroll a special touch and stay in touch with our accounting department for a smooth financial flow.

Qualifikation

• As an enrolled student (min. 3rd semester) of business administration, economics or a comparable field, you're exactly right with us.
• You've already had the opportunity to dive into the world of controlling and finance through internships.
• Your talent in analyzing financial key figures and excellent Excel skills make you stand out.
• Your love for detail makes you the perfect sidekick that the finance team needs in the accounting jungle.
• You'll convince us with your very good communication skills in German and English, as well as your professional demeanor.
