As an agile, green startup and specialist in energy management and visualization software, we actively participate in shaping a sustainable, climate-neutral future. So it's our mission to make energy consumption management as easy as possible using intuitive, AI-driven software that makes it accessible for everyone – whether companies or private households – and enables energy suppliers and customers to reduce their energy consumption and CO2 footprint. Tasks

• 🚀 Order & Deadline Management: You'll oversee order and deadline management and navigate together with your team lead through the world of efficient financial processes
• 📤 Accounting: You're the organizational expert in accounts payable, keep an eye on the accounts payable ledger, and process invoices independently using DATEV
• 📆 Monthly Reporting: Your attention to detail comes into play when creating the monthly business performance report (BWA). Additionally, you'll support the quarterly preparation of shareholder meetings.
• 💸 Monthly Salary Payment: You'll give the monthly salary payment a special touch and stay in touch with our accounting firm for a smooth financial flow

Qualification

• As an enrolled student (at least 3rd semester) of business administration, economics or a comparable field, you're exactly right with us
• In the ideal case, you've already dipped your toes into the world of controlling and finance through internships
• Your talent in analyzing financial key figures and very good Excel skills set you apart
• Your love for detail makes you the perfect sidekick that the finance team needs to navigate the accounting jungle
• You'll convince us with your excellent communication skills in German and English, as well as your professional demeanor
