Responsibilities

• 🚀 Accounts Receivable & Deadline Management: You will oversee accounts receivable and deadline management, navigating the world of efficient financial processes together with your team lead.
• 📤 Accounting: You are the organizational expert for outgoing invoices, keep an eye on the outgoing invoice ledger, and independently process supplier invoices using DATEV.
• 📆 Monthly Reporting: Your eye for detail will be fully showcased in the monthly preparation of the Business Economic Evaluation (BWA). You will also provide strong support in the quarterly preparation of shareholder meetings.
• 💸 Monthly Payment Run: You will add a special touch to the monthly payment run and stay in contact with our tax advisors for smooth financial flow.

Qualifications

• As a currently enrolled student (minimum 3rd semester) in Business Administration, Economics, or a comparable field, you are exactly who we're looking for.
• Ideally, you have already had the opportunity to dive into the world of controlling and finance through internships.
• Your talent for analyzing financial key figures and your very good Excel skills set you apart.
• Your love for detail makes you the perfect sidekick the finance team needs in the jungle of numbers.
• You will impress us with your excellent communication skills in German and English, as well as your professional demeanor.
