Tasks

• 🚀 Accounts Receivable & Deadline Management: You will manage accounts receivable and deadlines, navigating the world of efficient financial processes with your team lead.
• 📤 Accounting: You are the organizational professional in outgoing invoices, keeping an eye on the outgoing invoice register and independently processing supplier invoices with the help of DATEV.
• 📆 Monthly Reporting: Your attention to detail will be fully utilized in the monthly creation of the business evaluation (BWA). You will also actively support the quarterly preparation of shareholder meetings.
• 💸 Monthly Payment Run: You will add a special touch to the monthly payment run and stay in contact with our tax advisor for smooth financial flow.

Qualifications

• As a registered student (at least 3rd semester) of Business Administration, Economics, or a comparable field, you are exactly right with us.
• Ideally, you have already had the opportunity to delve into the world of controlling and finance through internships.
• Your talent in analyzing financial key figures and your very good Excel skills set you apart.
• Your love for detail makes you the perfect sidekick that the Finance Team needs in the jungle of numbers.
• You will convince us with your very good communication skills in German and English, as well as your professional demeanor.
