Job description
Our Marketing Team at OMR serves as the central point of contact for everything communicated by and with OMR externally. As a result, we are in close contact with all departments and have our fingers in various projects. Social media, email marketing, performance marketing, and PR experts sit together here to develop holistic campaigns.
To strengthen our Email Marketing & CRM Team as well as our Performance Marketing Team, we are looking for you starting immediately as an intern for at least 5 months. So, if you're excited about emails, performance data, campaign optimization, Germany's coolest marketing event, and a motivated bunch of marketers, then we want to get to know you!
Where You'll Make a Real Impact
Performance Marketing
- You will help set up campaigns in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager. Target groups, ad copy, and creatives - this is your playground.
- You'll check the numbers every day: What's working, what's wasting money?
- You'll set up and analyze A/B tests.
- You'll maintain reports and suggest what we should change.
Email & CRM
- You'll plan and write newsletters for new and existing customers and build them in HubSpot.
- You'll test subject lines, send times, and content to see what affects open and click-through rates.
- You'll help set up target groups and automated email sequences.
You will flexibly work on cross-team projects and support wherever the most exciting challenges currently lie.
What Sets You Apart
Must-haves:
- You are studying Business Administration, Marketing, Communication Science, Business Informatics, or something comparable (or you have just completed your studies or apprenticeship).
- You have a basic understanding of what performance marketing is, and numbers don't scare you – you want to know why a campaign is successful.
- You can do more than just SUM in Excel; you're proficient with filters, pivot tables, or VLOOKUP.
- You write texts: willingly and well.
- You enjoy collaborating with others, prefer to solve challenges together, and like to exchange ideas about current topics and trends in the marketing world.
- You bring initiative and are happy to pitch in.
- You have already run an ad campaign, whether during your studies, in a side job, for a club, or for your own project.
- You are familiar with terms like CTR, CPC, Conversion Rate, or ROAS. If not: You'll learn them in your first week with us.
- You have already worked with a newsletter tool, Google Analytics, or an ad manager.

- … your main focus is developing social media content or campaign ideas.
- … you prefer to leave numbers to others.
