Intern (M/F/D) Email Marketing, CRM & Performance Marketing

Our Marketing Team at OMR is the central point of contact for everything communicated by and with OMR externally. This means we are in close contact with all departments and have our fingers in a wide variety of projects. Social media, email marketing, performance marketing, and PR experts sit together here to develop holistic campaigns.
To strengthen our Email Marketing & CRM Team as well as our Performance Marketing Team, we are looking for you starting immediately as an intern for at least 5 months. So if you're excited about emails, performance data, campaign optimization, Germany's coolest marketing event, and a motivated bunch of marketers, then we want to get to know you!

• You'll be right in the middle of it when we plan, write, and input newsletters for our new and existing customers into our email/CRM tool
• You will support the Performance Marketing Team in creating, implementing, and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across various channels
• You will work flexibly on cross-team projects and support both teams where the most exciting challenges currently lie
• You will regularly maintain and review reports and analyses to derive data-based action measures

• You are currently studying Business Administration, Marketing, Communication Science/Design, or a comparable degree program, or you have just completed your studies or training
• You are interested in (online) marketing; ideally, you already have initial experience in email marketing, CRM, performance marketing, or related marketing areas
• You enjoy both creative work (texts, image selection) and analytical thinking (numbers, performance KPIs)
• You have no fear of contact when dealing with new tools and are ready to quickly familiarize yourself with different systems
• Excel and PowerPoint are not foreign words to you – you can handle them confidently
• You enjoy working with others, prefer to solve challenges together, and like to exchange ideas on current topics
• You have initiative and are happy to pitch in
