Intern (M/W/D) E-Mail Marketing, CRM & Performance Marketing

Our Marketing Team at OMR is the central point of contact for everything communicated by and with OMR externally. As a result, we are in close contact with all departments and have our fingers in various projects. Social media, e-mail marketing, performance marketing, and PR experts work together here to develop holistic campaigns.
To strengthen our E-Mail Marketing & CRM Team as well as our Performance Marketing Team, we are looking for you as an intern, starting immediately. So, if you're up for emails, performance data, campaign optimization, Germany's coolest marketing event, and a motivated bunch of marketers, then we want to get to know you!

• You will assist in the promotion and execution of the OMR Festival – of course, you will also be there on-site
• You will be involved when we plan, write, and enter newsletters for our new and existing customers into our E-mail/CRM tool
• You will support the Performance Marketing Team in the creation, implementation, and optimization of digital advertising campaigns across various channels
• You will work flexibly on cross-team projects and support both teams wherever the most exciting challenges currently lie
• You will regularly maintain and review reports and analyses to derive data-based action measures

• You are currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication Sciences/Design, or a comparable field of study, or you have just completed your studies or apprenticeship
• You are interested in (Online) Marketing; ideally, you have already gained initial experience in e-mail marketing, CRM, performance marketing, or related marketing areas
• You enjoy both creative work (texts, image selection) and analytical thinking (numbers, performance KPIs)
• You are not afraid of using new tools and are ready to quickly familiarize yourself with different systems
• Excel and PowerPoint are not foreign words to you – you can handle them confidently
• You enjoy working with others, prefer to solve challenges together, and like to exchange ideas on current topics
• You show initiative and like to get involved
