Your Team
As part of our Crew Management Team, you will be the first point of contact for all applicants for the OMR Crew and the OMR Festival. You will be responsible for telephone recruiting, conducting conversations with applicants and winning them over for the crew jobs. You will also be responsible for shift planning, ensuring that all positions are optimally staffed, and keeping an overview of the entire deployment plan.
We are looking for support for our team from now until May 31, 2027, and from January 4, 2027, until May 31, 2027.
Where you really make a difference
- You will support the recruitment of the crew for the OMR Festival 2027 as well as for other positions within the OMR Crew for projects throughout the year.
- You will be responsible for the management and execution of hiring processes, including interviews and selection.
- You will be responsible for processing and allocating shifts for all personnel in the shift plan.
- You will handle and answer crew inquiries independently by phone and email.
- You will support the Crew Management Team in relieving them of daily tasks.
- You will support the further development of internal processes and increase process and processing quality, thereby increasing the satisfaction of applicants and employees.

- You bring a positive attitude and a patient, communicative demeanor to the team.
- You have very good German and English skills, both written and spoken.
- You work independently, are solution-oriented, and keep an overview of every inquiry.
- You enjoy daily interaction with people and have a confident and convincing presence.
- You are flexible and keep a cool head even in stressful situations.
- Advantageous: first experience and affinity in personnel management and/or customer and telephone support.
- Advantageous: studies or training in media and communication management, business administration, communication science, or similar.
