Intern (M/W/D) Business Automation & Analytics

Our Crew Management takes care of all matters concerning internal and external
personnel for the OMR Festival and OMR Services, our offering for personnel and
sampling assignments throughout the year. As a staff unit, Business Automation &
Analytics is responsible for the analysis, optimization, and automation of our processes: from application, communication, and contract management to scheduling, time tracking, and invoicing and controlling. We develop and maintain the digital infrastructure behind it, the OMR Crew Portal, a customer portal, and internal control tools. We rely on low-code/no-code solutions like Airtable and Softr, and are increasingly building our tools with AI support using Claude. This is how we make collaboration with thousands of crew
members per year efficient and pleasant for everyone involved.

We are looking for reinforcement for our team starting immediately until approximately the end of May. An extension beyond the fixed-term employment is possible if there is mutual interest and a suitable fit.

• You analyze, optimize, and automate processes to make workflows more efficient for crew, clients, and the team
• You develop digital solutions together with us: using low-code/no-code tools like Airtable, Softr, and Make, as well as AI-supported with Claude, from prototype to a running tool
• You maintain and manage our platforms, e.g., the OMR Crew Portal, our customer portal for OMR Services, and our internal control tools
• You build and maintain the tools with which our Resources team plans ongoing sampling and promotion assignments: shift overviews, assignment statuses, and utilization prepared in such a way that planning and replacements are easy
• You cleanly prepare time tracking and billing data, thus laying the foundation for our assignment controlling
• You document processes and workflows, make procedures visible, and ensure that knowledge within the team remains structured
• Shortly before and during the festival, you will be the technical point of contact for the recruiting and support team, assisting with questions and problems

Must-haves:

• You enjoy working with AI tools like Claude and are keen to use them as an integral part of your daily work, from evaluating data to building small tools
• You work in a structured, independent manner and maintain an overview even with many parallel assignments and complex processes
• You are confident with numbers and enjoy maintaining, checking data, and creating analyses from it
• You are communicative, have a quick grasp of things, and are eager to learn new tools
• You are eager to actively shape the collaboration with thousands of crew members

• Initial experience with Claude, Claude Code, or comparable AI tools beyond chat
• Basic knowledge of low-code/no-code tools like Airtable, Softr, Make, or Zapier
• Basic understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and interest in APIs
