Your Position

In this role, you will support our nationwide project to recruit qualified craftsmen for the trade. Your focus lies on identifying and addressing potential candidates, conducting initial telephone screenings, and coordinating further application processes. You will be an important first point of contact and ensure a professional and motivating candidate experience.

• Telephone Screenings
  You will independently initiate telephone contact with potential applicants, learn more about their motivation, qualifications, and framework conditions – and win them over through your friendly and approachable manner for our project
• Zentral responsibility for the candidate journey
  You will accompany candidates throughout the entire process: from the first contact to follow-up questions and scheduling. You will ensure transparent communication and timely feedback
• Coordination of on-site application interviews
  You will plan interview appointments at the respective locations, ensure a smooth handover to the colleagues on site, and remain closely involved in the process

Your Profile

• You are looking for an internship
• You have ideally already gained some experience in recruiting and possess technical affinity (first experiences with Personio are nice to have)
• You are communicative and can communicate fluently in German
• You stand out through your independent and structured working style
• You excel through a strong motivation and high reliability
