Marketing & Content Intern (m/w/d) 6 Months Mandatory Internship

About us SEVEN SUNDAYS is a Swiss sleep manufacturer for modular, personalized sleep systems. Our innovative three-layer system can be flexibly configured and adapted to individual comfort and physiological needs at any time – based on sleep science, modern physiotherapy, and performance management in professional sports. With partners like Red Bull BORA-hansgrohe and RB Leipzig, we bring scientifically founded sleep optimization into professional sports. For our marketing team in Munich, we are looking for an intern who will take the initiative, bring their own ideas, and be eager to grow in a dynamic environment.

Tasks

Your tasks

• Content Marketing: You develop content for website, blog, social media, and direct sales – with tools like Canva – and learn how content strategies work from idea to implementation.
• Direct Sales Marketing: You help develop materials for our sleep consultants: – e.g., our action journal and activation measures.
• Sleep Academy: You are responsible for our training platform, create training plans, and coordinate masterclasses for new sales staff.
• Agency & Freelancer Coordination: You support briefings and the management of our social media agency and external design freelancers.
• Partnerships & Sponsoring: You work on managing our partnerships with and gain insights into influencer marketing and content strategies at the top level.

Qualification

You bring this with you

• Studies in Marketing, Communication, Media, etc. (at least 3rd semester)
• First experiences with content creation – e.g., social media, university projects or own channels
• Independent, structured and proactive working style
• Very good German and good English skills
• Safe handling of digital tools and quick understanding

Bonus points: Experience with Canva, social media management or content planning · Affinity to health & fitness
