As Praktikant*in in the area of Customer Advisory, you're exactly right with us if you're passionate about making customers happy thanks to your organizational skills. Work with us in Berlin in our office or flexibly hybrid, full-time. Start immediately with a duration of at least 4 months.

Aufgaben

Your role at Matera:

• You help our new customers set up their individual Matera platform
• You are in contact with various departments (Accounting, Legal Department, Sales), answering all your customers' questions competently
• You are significantly involved in the development of our product and internal processes, acting as a bridge between our customers and the Product and Tech team

Qualifikation

What you bring with:

• You shine with your communication skills
• You are very organized and keep track of everything
• You have an entrepreneurial mindset and a hands-on mentality
• You speak German at a native level and can communicate confidently in English
