As Praktikant*in in the Customer Advisory area, you're exactly right with us if you're passionate about making customers happy thanks to your organizational skills. Work with us in Berlin's office or flexibly hybrid, full-time. Start immediately with a duration of at least 4 months.

Tasks

Your role at Matera:

• You help our new customers set up their individual Matera platform
• You are in contact with various departments (Accounting, Legal Department, Sales), answering your customers' questions competently
• You play a key role in the development of our product and internal processes by acting as an interface between our customers and the Product and Tech team

Qualification

You bring:

• You shine with your communication skills
• You are very organized and always keep track of things
• You have an entrepreneurial mindset and a hands-on mentality
• You speak German at a native level and can communicate confidently in English
