Intern Influencer Marketing in a Fitness-Nutrition Company

brandl develops unique sports nutrition for health-conscious athletes.

We launched our influencer marketing in the summer – and it's growing rapidly right now. We work with really cool creators from sports, fitness, and nutrition and want to pick up speed considerably.

To achieve this, we are building our own system: lean processes, AI tools, and dashboards that show which collaboration yields what. We are looking for someone who will build and bring this system to life with us – from the initial research to the signed deal.

You will work 1-2 days with our founders in the Werksviertel at Ostbahnhof and can spend the other days flexibly in your home office. If you don't live in Munich but see yourself at brandl, please apply anyway.

Start: immediately or flexible by arrangement.

Responsibilities

• You will research suitable influencers and creators from sports, fitness, and nutrition and evaluate them based on reach, target audience, and fit with brandl
• You will contact the creators, conduct initial conversations, and build genuine relationships
• You will negotiate terms and close deals – independently and with the backing of the founders
• You will manage our existing collaborations and be the first point of contact for our creators
• You will keep an eye on the performance of collaborations in our dashboards and derive which partnerships we should expand
• You will use AI tools and automations to make research, outreach, and reporting faster and more efficient
• You will further develop our influencer system with us and contribute your own ideas

Qualifications

• You are social media savvy, are familiar with Instagram and TikTok, and have a feel for which creators fit a brand
• You are communicative, approach people openly, and are not afraid to follow up
• You have negotiation skills or a strong desire to learn them – experience in sales, influencer marketing, or community management is a plus
• You work in a structured and reliable manner, even when many conversations are running in parallel
• You enjoy AI tools and making processes smarter
• Interest in sports and nutrition
• Identification with our vision and values and an unbeatable startup spirit
