Job description
You don't just want to watch, but really work and understand how a company operates? Perfect. With us, you're not a coffee fetcher, but part of the team. You'll get an honest insight into daily operations – from customer contact to organization to real projects. We are currently in the midst of developing our systems – so there's a lot going on.
RENEWA supports energy efficiency retrofitting for our customers from start to finish. We have dedicated energy consultants and renovation managers for this. But without our Operations Team, it wouldn't work. The Operations Team is the driving force behind our business model and acts as an interface and strong support for our other departments. Working there will give you practical insights into energy efficiency retrofitting and show you how processes in sales, customer and partner support, and project coordination function.
Your Mission
You'll help keep things running and be wherever it counts:
- You'll handle the phone service and be the first point of contact
- You'll work with our systems, spreadsheets & analyses
- You'll help with ongoing projects – wherever the action is
- You'll be in constant exchange with our customer base, partner companies, and our great colleagues
This means for you: Many new projects, a lot of scope for design, and the chance to contribute your ideas instead of just executing tasks.

Your Profile
- You are a student and need a mandatory internship (duration according to study requirements)
- You are reliable, organized, and hands-on
- You're looking for variety, not routine
- You are open, communicative, and don't have a problem answering the phone
- Bonus: You are interested in tools, systems, or making things more efficient
- Ideally, you enjoy working for a company that is actively working on sustainable solutions
- You are willing to work on-site in Hamburg (no remote internship)
