We are currently looking for a trainee/intern in the customer service department for a duration of 6 months, with the possibility of being taken on as a permanent employee after successfully completing the internship.

Your Tasks:

• Processing customer inquiries by phone, email, and live chat
• Providing information on products and services
• Timely and empathetic processing of customer complaints and concerns
• Collaboration with team members to improve the customer experience
• Participation in training sessions and team meetings
• Support for further customer service projects as needed
• Care of Tianshi networks across Europe through online and offline channels
• Organization, preparation, and active participation in events, meetings, and training sessions

Requirements

• Very good German language skills (C2) as well as good English language skills in writing and speaking
• Excellent communication skills and good Excel knowledge
• Very good knowledge of online and offline marketing
• A motivated, engaged personality with team spirit and independent working style
• Safe handling of the MS Office package
